Position: Independent Adjuster (1099 Contract) - Nationwide Daily Claims Opportunities
Team One is seeking Independent Adjusters to handle Residential and Commercial Daily Property Claims in local designated areas throughout the United States.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of property adjuster experience
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Active state license where required
Proficient in preparing estimates with Xactimate and/or Symbility
Ability to produce a professional adjusting narrative report with a comprehensive estimate, sketch and ITV(when required)
Effectively utilize claims technology
Ability to interpret policy coverage a must
Ability to maintain required cycle times
Strong investigative and problem solving skills
Must be able to communicate with Team One staff, management, clients, insureds, contractors and other parties that are involved in the claims process in a professional manner.
Excellent time management skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
